Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Please note that during peak periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer shipping within Australia.

Standard Shipping (2–4 business days) — $10 AUD
Express Shipping (1–3 business days) — $15 AUD

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries.

Standard International (6–12 business days) — $20.95 AUD
Express International (3–6 business days) — $34.95 AUD

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are based on your destination and will be displayed at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Delivery Issues
Beyond Arno is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances outside of our control.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you continue to experience issues, you may contact us at hello@beyondarno.com for assistance.

Customs/ Import Duties & Taxes
Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable duties or taxes will be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery.

Import fees vary depending on the value of the goods and the destination country.

If a shipment is refused, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any import duties, taxes, and return fees incurred.

Damaged or Lost Packages
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@beyondarno.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For lost packages, we require tracked shipping confirmation before further action can be taken.

Returns and Shipping
