HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

We always try to ship your order out ASAP! Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

All orders come with tracked shipping. You should receive an email after purchase with your tracking number. If you can't find it contact us and we will let you know what it is.

I DON'T KNOW WHERE MY ORDER IS?

No stress! Your tracking link will give you the latest updates on its journey. If it looks like your parcel has been sitting in one place for a little too long, we recommend getting in touch with the courier directly for the quickest update.

I NEED HELP WITH SIZING?

Our BA Trail Caps are one size with an adjustable strap. The fit is roughly 54cm-60cm in circumference, suitable for most adult heads.

SUSTAINABILITY

HOW IS MY ORDER PACKAGED?

We are in the process of becoming as sustainable as possible. We currently package our caps in recycled boxes, compostable mailers and paper packaging tape.
