HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

We will always try to get your order shipped ASAP! Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods, promotions or product launches, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Yes all orders include tracked delivery! You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

We apologise for the delay! Most of the time it is just a short delay or the tracking hasn't been updated. Please keep an eye on your tracking number or contact the courier handling your order directly for any further updates.

I NEED HELP WITH SIZING?

Our BA Trail Caps are one size with an adjustable strap. The fit is roughly 54cm-60cm in circumference, suitable for most adult heads.

SUSTAINABILITY

HOW IS MY ORDER PACKAGED?

We are in the process of becoming as sustainable as possible. We currently package our caps in recycled boxes, compostable mailers and paper packaging tape.
