Returns & Refunds Policy

At Beyond Arno, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they have been fulfilled.

Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep your order after it has been dispatched, you may request a return in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in brand new, unworn and unwashed condition, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact hello@beyondarno.com. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

- The item is faulty, damaged or incorrect

If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect we will provide a prepaid tracked return shipping label for eligible returns. Once your return has been received and approved, we'll refund the full purchase price of the item.

All returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service unless a prepaid return label has been provided by Beyond Arno.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at hello@beyondarno.com so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered or show signs of use.

- Items with missing or removed tags or original packaging.

- Sale or clearance items.

- Gift cards.

Beyond Arno reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Items must still be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, original packaging included and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under applicable consumer laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.
