Refund policy
At Beyond Arno we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchased item, we offer returns under the following conditions.
Returns Window
You have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed defective. If your item is defective, return shipping costs will be reimbursed once the item has been received and assessed. Proof of postage and a valid receipt must be provided in order to process reimbursement. All returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service to ensure the item arrives safely.
We do not cover return shipping costs for change-of-mind or general returns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item contact us immediately at hello@beyondarno.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please not that the following items are non-refundable and cannot be refunded:
- Hygiene reasons: Any items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
- Sale or final clearance items
- Gift cards
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
